MSME REGISTRATION IN HARYANA

Under the liberalized policy, except for the few industry requiring licence from the Govt. of India, all the Large & Medium industrial undertakings are required to file Industrial Entrepreneur memoranda with the Govt. of India indicating their intention to set up industrial venture anywhere in India. However, for the Small Scale Industry, it is voluntary for any industrial unit to get it registered with the concerned District Industries Centre for the SSI registration. Apart from this, DIC office makes recommendations to the Banks for grant of financial assistance under Prime Minister Rozgar Yojana.

CITIZEN CHARTER: OFFICE OF THE REGISTERAR, FIRMS & SOCIETIES HARYANA

Service of registration of Firms & Societies is available at District level. The General Manager, District Industries Centres who are in the rank of Joint Directors have been appointed as District Registrars of Firms & Societies for exercising the powers, duties and functions of the Registrar, Firms & Societies, within their jurisdiction under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 and Indian Partnership Act, 1932 in addition to their own duties. The time schedule for issuing the Certificates/certified copies is given as under:-
